Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with our production and shipping partners to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.
Because our products are made to order specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong colour
- Personal preference
We encourage customers to review all product descriptions, measurements, and sizing information carefully before placing an order.
Size and Fit
Please check the sizing guide provided on each product page before ordering.
As all items are produced to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection unless the product received differs from the size ordered.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
